1. SERVER-BASED DATA COLLECTION

When you visit our website, various server statistics are sent automatically by our browser to our provider's server and are stored automatically. They include the name of the webpage accessed, the file, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transferred, a notification of a successful retrieval of data, the browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the page previously visited), IP address and the requesting provider.
This data is used to statistically analyse visits to our website and cannot be attributed to specific individuals. This data is not combined with data from other sources. The IP address is anonymised.

2. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

If you provide us with personal data, we will only use this information to answer your enquiries, to provide advice and to fulfil contracts concluded with you, as well as for technical administration purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties when this is required for the execution of a contract or for invoicing purposes or when you consented to this in advance. When you use our contact form, we collect and save your name and email address, so that we can answer your enquiry. The provision of your telephone number so that we can call you back is optional. 3. MATOMO

This website uses the open source web analytics tool Matomo. Matomo uses so-called “cookies”, text files, which are saved on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information about your use of the website generated by the cookie is saved on our server and is not transferred to third parties. You can prevent Matomo from placing cookies on your device by using the “do not track” function in your web browser. You can also prevent the use of cookies by deactivating the button at the end of this notice.
The data collected by Matomo, in particular your IP address, is anonymised as soon as it is collected and before it is saved and analysed. We do not use the data obtained via Matomo to create user profiles.
